What we collect: name, company, e-mail address, phone number and the content of the message you send via the contact form, e-mail or phone; for orders also invoicing and delivery details.

Why: to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, fulfil the order, issue invoices and meet our accounting obligations.

Legal basis: conclusion and performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and a legal obligation (Estonian Accounting Act).

Retention: enquiries are kept for up to 2 years; order and invoice data for 7 years as required by the Accounting Act.

Recipients: our website host Wix.com Ltd. (technical processing of forms and orders), our accountant and the delivery partner for shipping the order. Data is not sold or used for any other purpose.

Cookies: the website uses Wix technical cookies for page operation and statistics. Cookies can be disabled in your browser settings.

Your rights: you may request access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to processing and request data portability. Write to info@freezol.eu. Complaints can be filed with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
